Your Voices Your Views 2007

At the end of each year East Midlands Housing looks back at what our resident involvement initiatives achieved. This is called an impact assessment. Our impact assessment this year, is called Your Voices Your Views 2007.
This year we looked at what we wanted to achieve through a range of initiatives, whether we met those objectives and what our residents thought about them. We asked our residents to tell us what they thought about the involvement activities that happened during 2006/7 at two focus groups held in October.
We asked questions like:
- What did residents like and dislike?
- What didn't work and what did?
- What priorities should EMH focus on 2008?
We have included our residents comments in red boxes and a summary of each initiative in green boxes.
