Our key performance information is based on two dates. 

For our financial information and complaints information the relevant date is 31st December 2006, representing the end of our Financial Year

The relevant date for our repairs, average rents and lettings information is 31st March 2007, representing information we produce for our Regulatory and Statistical Return.

Performance on rent arrears

At the end of December 2006, our rent arrears levels were:

  • 4.55% for general needs housing
  • 3.22% for supported housing.
  • 4.31% for shared ownership.


Complaints


During 2006, we received:

  • 128 formal complaints
  • 171 informal complaint
  • 127 compliments

 

Performance on repairs


Repairs completed on time 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007:

  • Emergency:   92.43%
  • Urgent:          96.52%
  • Routine:         96.95%
  • Overall:          96.07%


During this period we issued a total of 12,848 jobs to our contractors and completed 12,343 within the target times.

Our target times are:

  • 24 hours for Emergency repairs
  • 7 days for Urgent repairs
  • 28 days for routine repairs.
