Service Description
An external agency, independent of the landlord, employed during a major project (such as an LSVT or Options Study) to work on behalf of the tenants.
An ITA provides independent information and impartial advice, as well as support and assistance, enabling tenants to understand the processes involved in the project and to play an active role in any negotiations.
