Service Description
An Estate Agreement is a yearly agreement negotiated between the landlord and all tenants on an estate.
- The agreement sets out issues such as:
- priorities for action
- standards of service for the estate
- how tenants will be kept informed and consulted
- how service standards will be monitored etc.
The agreement is not legally binding and does not guarantee extra resources will be given to the estate to tackle any problems.
