Resident Involvement

At EMHA we believe that we should be accountable to our customers for the policies we follow, the standards of service we deliver and the decisions we make.

Our Resident Involvement Strategy sets out our objectives for involving you in our work, including developing our services, policies and business.

Our Your Voice Your Views statement looks back over the last twelve months and shares the achievements and involvement our residents have had with us.

There are many ways in which you can become involved with EMH and the extent to which you involve yourself is entirely up to you. Options include:

  • Residents' associations
  • Sounding Board
  • Customer Excellence Panel
  • Area Advisory Boards
  • Newsletter Editorial Group
  • Spokespersons.
