Senior Support Co-ordinator (Older Persons), based at Elizabeth House, Northampton.
Interviews to be held week commencing 15 December 2008
Candidates for all posts will be responsible for managing a team of Support Co-ordinators at a number of Sheltered Housing Schemes to ensure that adequate support services are provided to residents.
They will also provide a support service to older vulnerable tenants with housing related supported needs, either within a sheltered housing setting or in their own homes to facilitate their independence or wellbeing.
The successful post holders will be expected to have prior experience of working with older people or vulnerable people in a sheltered or community setting, experience of managing and supporting staff, knowledge of current legislation and the ability to speak the community language is desirable.
The successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
